Do you need coding experience to use Shopify

No coding is required to manage your store on a daily basis. The backend is super easy to use and you are able to update your products, manage orders, and track stock levels all from any device.

We'll take care of the heavy lifting at the start by setting up your store, loading products (depending on the package you choose), setting up payment gateways etc

Will I have my own backend access so I can manage the store?

Yes, once the final payment is received, we will transfer the store over to you and you will have full access to your new online store.

Is there a monthly hosting fee?

There is a monthly subscription to Shopify which is similar to a hosting fee. There are three plans to choose from which means it can scale with your business. Packages start at $29 up to $299 and there is a small fee per transaction.

Can I use my own domain?

Certainly and it is recommended. We build your store on our development account and once you are happy with the final version, we transfer ownership over to you and point your domain name to the Shopify servers.

How many products can I load?

Unlimited products. You will even be able to bulk import by csv or xlm it so large catalogs are no problem. 

Can you migrate my products & orders from Woocommerce to Shopify?

How will customers pay me?

You will need an account at a payment provider such as Paypal, Paygate or Payfast. We'll assist in setting it up so that your customers can pay you through credit card, eft, and instant eft.

You can make use of any courier company. Shipping zones can be created in-store or you can even offer free shipping to your clients. 

Can I have wholesale pricing in my store?

100%. This is how we can make your life easier by uploading all your products for you to the new store. We’ll clean up the data so that it can import and also show you how to manually upload products and create categories after you go live with your new store.

How do orders work?

Once an order has been placed by the customer then you will receive a notification by email, or on your phone if you have installed the Shopify app. This will include all the order details include customer details such as delivery address, contact details, etc.

Do you offer email hosting?

Yes, we do. We have various email hosting package for you to choose from that fits your needs or budget.

How fast can you get me online and selling?

It often depends on how quickly we can get the product data from you. Usually the first design draft can be sent within 10 working days from when the deposit was paid
